What are your opening hours?
We're open 7 days a week: Monday to Thursday from 2pm to midnight, Friday from 2pm to 2am, Saturday from 10am to 2am, and Sunday from 10am to 10pm. During school holidays we open at 10am every day.
Do I need to bring my own peripherals?
We provide high-quality gaming mice, keyboards, and headsets for all stations. However, you're welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer. All our stations have easy-access USB ports for your devices.
Is there an age restriction?
Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their visit. We have special family sessions on Sunday mornings from 10am to 1pm with age-appropriate content and supervision.
Can I host a private event at DownUnderLAN?
Absolutely! We offer private bookings for birthdays, corporate events, and team-building activities. Our venue can accommodate groups from 10 to 100 people with customizable packages including food, drinks, and dedicated staff support.
What games are available?
We have all major esports titles (Valorant, CS2, LoL, Dota 2, etc.), popular battle royales, MMOs, and a vast library of single-player games. Our VR section features over 50 immersive experiences. Don't see your favorite? Request it and we'll install it!
