2. Membership and Access

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years (under 16 must be accompanied by an adult)
• Valid photo ID may be required for verification
• Memberships are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to refuse service

3. User Conduct

Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal activities or content
• Harassment of other members
• Damage to equipment or property
• Cheating in competitive play
• Unauthorized access to systems
• Commercial use without permission

4. Payments and Refunds

• All prices in AUD
• Session time begins at booked time, not arrival time
• No refunds for unused session time
• Membership fees are non-refundable
• Damage deposits may be required for certain equipment

5. Equipment Use

• Users are responsible for equipment during their session
• Report any issues immediately
• Intentional damage will result in fees and possible legal action
• Personal peripherals may be used at your own risk

6. Health and Safety

Users acknowledge that extended gaming sessions may cause fatigue. We recommend taking regular breaks. DownUnderLAN is not liable for any health issues resulting from use of our facilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

DownUnderLAN is not liable for:

• Lost or stolen personal items
• Game account security
• Internet connectivity issues beyond our control
• Any indirect or consequential damages

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Sydney courts.
